Pre‑K and Kindergarten registration for the 2026–27 school year is coming up soon! Early childhood education builds a strong foundation, and we’re excited to welcome our newest learners.
Registration Events:
• March 24, 10 a.m.–4 p.m. — New River CTC, Lewisburg Campus / NRCTC Auditorium (Ground Floor). Please note that this is a change in location, previously communicated as the Ann & Kyle Fort Building.
• March 25, 10 a.m.–4 p.m. — Western Greenbrier Middle School, Crawley
Pre‑K students must be 4 before July 1; Kindergarten students must be 5 before July 1.

Greenbrier County Schools will operate on a 2-Hour Delay on Monday, February 9, due to inclement weather.
10, beginning at 5:30 p.m. at the Ann & Kyle Fort Arts & Sciences Building on the New River Community and Technical College (NRCTC) Campus in Lewisburg.
The forum will provide families, staff, and community members the opportunity to learn more about the calendar development process, review calendar options under consideration, and share feedback with district leadership.

UPDATE: Schools will be CLOSED today, Wednesday, February 4, due to inclement weather.
Greenbrier County Schools will host a district‑wide Open House Day on Saturday, February 21, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Families and community members are invited to visit any school to tour the building, meet staff, and learn about academic programs and services. Enrollment assistance for new and returning students will also be available.
If inclement weather occurs, the event will be rescheduled for Saturday, February 28. We hope to see you there!
