Important Update Regarding Bus Incident : This afternoon, an unexpected situation occurred involving one of our school buses. A minor, who was not an Eastern Greenbrier Middle School student, was escorted from a bus at EGMS by local law enforcement. At no time was the safety of our students or staff compromised. The issue has been addressed and the individual will not be on the bus in the future. We understand that incidents like this can be unsettling, and we appreciate your continued trust and partnership as we work to ensure the safety of every student in our care.

Due to limited space for vehicle traffic on the Frankford Elementary campus, morning pickup for middle and high school students who ride the bus from Frankford Elementary will now take place at the Frankford Fire Department at approximately 7:20 a.m. Middle and high school students will no longer be able to board the bus at Frankford Elementary as in previous years. Vaccination Reminder: West Virginia students entering grades 7 & 12 this fall must have their Tdap and Meningitis immunizations before school begins. Students may submit their immunization records to the school nurse on the first day of school or at the county Board of Education Office. Please don't hesitate to contact the lead school nurse at (304) 647-6470 with any questions.
The Greenbrier County Board of Education will be closed on Friday, June 20, in observance of West Virginia Day.

📚🎉 Mark Your Calendars! 🎉📚 The last day of school for students is Monday, June 9. To wrap up the year, students will be dismissed 2 hours early to allow time for Faculty Senate meetings.
