Vaccination Reminder: West Virginia students entering grades 7 & 12 this fall must have their Tdap and Meningitis immunizations before school begins. Students may turn immunization records in to the school nurse on the first day of school or at the county board office. New student enrollment events will be held from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Tuesday, July 23, at Lewisburg Elementary School and Wednesday, July 24, at Greenbrier West High School. New enrollees should bring the following information:
- Official state-issued birth certificate (not a copy)
- immunization record
- copy of health check exam
- copy of most recent dental exam
- two proofs of residency
- social security card of child
- relevant custody order, if applicable
