Greenbrier County Schools conducts ongoing enrollment for the Universal Pre-K program for children who will be four years old before July 1, 2026. Please email greenbrieruniversalprek@gmail.com or call 304-647-7105 to receive a packet. Once the form is complete and submitted, the family will receive additional registration information from the preschool office. Families should begin gathering the following required documentation:

• State-issued birth certificate (not a copy)

• Immunization record

• Social Security card

• Two proofs of residency

• Copy of Health Check Exam (4-year physical from a physician)

• Copy of Most Recent Dental Exam

• Two proofs of residency

• Proof of 2024 income (W-2s or Tax Return)

• Insurance card

• Relevant custody order, if applicable
