SchoolCafe Issues Being Addressed by SchoolCafe Support
Please be aware that SchoolCafe has received some reports that parents are seeing duplicate transactions on their student’s Purchase History page and they are not receiving low balance emails. We would like to provide more information about the issues and to assure you we are working to resolve them as soon as possible.

Issue – Reports of duplicate transactions on Student’s SchoolCafé Purchase History pages.
Due to a recent change in the technology behind the exchange of data between PrimeroEdge servers and the SchoolCafé website, this change exposed the unexpected issue of duplicate transaction records in the SchoolCafé system. We are currently deleting duplicate records as the system finds them, however very soon a permanent fix will be in place. This is only affecting the data in SchoolCafé, the transactions in PrimeroEdge are the source of the transactions, are not being affected, and are correct.

Issue – Parents reporting they are not receiving their low-balance or username request emails.
Our email server is generating emails; however, occasionally some emails are not being sent to parents. Our development team has been working to resolve this issue, including moving the SchoolCafé mail service to a new server. We hope to have this issue resolved very soon as well.
